Love and Love of Music. This is a nice idea of a requirement we throw around from time to time--never fully incorporating into our practice and playing as musicians and teachers. MusicaListening seeks to explain and help us appreciate why it is not enough that we listen while we play, we must Musically Listen. Come and explore the brain using the latest research as we learn why music isn't something we layer on top after learning all the notes, but music and the emotion we experience is the foundation of technique.
